I had an awesome lesson with Zeli today.
I did the entire lesson at liberty, which means without a halter or leadrope, the only thing I used was a Parelli carrot stick. I worked on just having her circle me and some traveling circles before I move onto some figure eights around the barrels. I've never done figure eights at liberty before so first I just practiced circling Zeli around me in the general area of the barrels and then I moved on to circling and changing direction. Eventually I had her doing figure eights around two barrels completely at liberty! Apparently I'm the first student of my instructor that has been able to do it, and it's level three Parelli. <3

I don't think they all are, I know two that are the smoothest ever at the trot. Most are, though.

Yesterday I had my lesson on my show horse, Chester. He did really well, except he can be a little lazy sometimes He canters pretty well and he has a fast canter too. He jumps amazingly, he did so well over the jumps. So overall I think I did a good job, and I still have maybe 4 weeks untill the show to ride him
