traits: pretty much the same as my last one BUT using the screwdriver, Light Wings.
other: I basically want a copy of my other custom but with light wings added lol
color pallete: Same as my other one but (if possible) instead, the blue bits are, like, rainbow-y

If thats a no go, then Orange instead
