I've always seen it done, but never explained: Why do all topics get remade and locked at 900 pages? Is there even a specific reason?

I've always seen it done, but never explained: Why do all topics get remade and locked at 900 pages? Is there even a specific reason?

Big threads are a cause of strain on the server. When someone clicks on a thread, all those posts are loaded - this is a lot harder when there are several thousands of posts, so they get remade once there are 900 pages to keep things running smoothly. ^^

I've always been a bit prouder of this litter over others, this dog in particular is my favorite:

I don't know if people would consider it my best or not c: I know a lot of people really like these foxes and they already got bunnyfied by a different artist for Easter, much to my surprise!

what's your favorite domesticated animal?

That's a tough question since I love so many songs and genres, so I'd have to pick two - "Fairwell To The Fairgrounds" by the White Lies, it just really resonates with me for some reason, and then "Rhapsody in Blue" composed by George Gershwin (specifically a live performance conducted by Leonard Bernstein). My favorite genre is generally alternative.

What does it feel like one users start hoarding one of your outcomes? Especially when it's because they look good?

It feels great of course! I love seeing people hoard my pets or even just stick them in their signatures.

How do you think of these designs? How does it feel when somebody REALLY likes your designs? Or when they dont?

Designs truly come to me at random. Sometimes I see something that inspires me or I just mess around until some sort of design comes out as a result. And it feels great when people do, but not awful when people don't. Everyone has different tastes and sometimes they have fair points to the designs that I can understand disliking.
