Crayon-effect in oekakis is done by adjusting the spacing and scattering in the tool options. :)

I don't really understand this crayon trend, I tried it way before it was so popular and didn't like it.
But anyways. I usually use a small brush, 1 or 3 is best and then adjust the scattering to about halfway. I also lower the opacity a little but you can go without.
