I'm not great with genetics, but i want to say as long as tobiano and the splash are expressed then it gets the reverse splash.
So 50% when bred to a non tobiano, 75% if bred to a tobiano (Tt), and 100% if (TT).
Not sure if this is how it works for real, but its good enough for GSA XP.
