i went through my collection of birthday dogs to see if any of the other ones have interesting details

i didn't notice this one had a squid!

This is more of a big picture kinda detail, but I really like how chickens are basically a canvas. There's so many beautiful sunset designs on chickens, and so many like... city skylines? And you guys remember those space chickens? Chickens seem to have real art on their feathers. I guess. Like there's no rush to make them into a 'pet.' I think I like the designs on chickens the most out of any species.

Huh, I never noticed the pattern... That is a tendency among them moreso than in other pets, huh? Maybe because most of the pet is one large single shape?

I haven't posted here in a while, but I've always enjoyed this thread. I wanted to point out some item details as well!!

The 9th birthday mugs are super tiny and cute!! But the other mugs from previous years look super big- maybe they were made for small animals? (Rodents, chickens, etc)

They're also based off of the site themes

(mobile, business, halloween, etc)
AND the handles are shaped like 9's !

2011 vs 2016 - pretty cool to see the differences!


The strings of this 8th birthday balloon are shaped like an 8!


During the space event, they made sure to include pluto as a planet item c:


The glass menorah is see-through, like actual glass!

I've noticed that with each pet, the more eyes are open and the rabbit/jackalope grows bigger. Like a growth!
