whispers aren't always in your head or from another soul, a long time ago a large and brave elder Dragon named Buzko (buze-koh) was tired of hearing his clan complain about hear in voices,
So to stop them he placed his own soul in an amulet and by the power of his soul it drew the trapped souls that disturbed the clan into the amulet and when that happened, Buzko died and all Dragon types were separated to protect the clans but legend has it that if someone finds the amulet and breaks it to free the souls thy would find Buzkos soul and return him back to Life, the legend says "Buzkos mighty soul will talk sence into all the clans mighty leaders and eventually they will all live in harmony" but no one but Buzko himself knows where the amulet is.
