      very unfair towards you. the UR ice cat would be worth roughly
      174-232 2009 rares, since it's worth 29 mid advents and each
      mid advent is 6-8 2009 rares. their side, with demand, adds
      to be 26 2009 rares. that does not fill the gap at all ^^

Really just depends which pet you prefer
I personally haven't really seen either go for overpay

      although you can personally value the pets demand
      however you please, from what i've seen the ghost
      cat has higher demand than the dark wood dog ^^

I value each cake piece at an 09 rare.

The tier 7 advent is worth 7-8 mixed 09 rares, so its fair, but its your choice if you want to accept it or not, and how much you value each cake piece.
