Price may vary if you've got an insanely complex design or want more complicated animations. (all above examples are normal or simple animations)

4.) I won't start on your piece until you've sent payment. I won't accept the trade until I have the art done, and posted.
5.) Your piece should be done in at most a week, most likely sooner. : )

For a full-body, flat colored sketch I charge 80c$, or about two rares from 2010 - 2008. Can be (slightly) changed based on complexity.
