Kinner lead Song to a small stream. "Do you know how to swim?" Kinner asked Song as she waded into the water.

Song nodded and leaped in kicking her strong legs and swam across.

[sunbeam]

Kinner nickered and laughed as she swam quicky to the other side of the steam. "How old are you?" Kinner asked shaking the water off her coat till it was just damp.

"I'm 9 months old!"she neighed proudly, holding her grey and white head high.

Kinner chuckled "WOW! almost a yearling! have you every gone to blueberry hill?" she said grinning widely.

Song cocked her head. "Whats that?" she asked Kinner.

[sunbeam]

"Its this huge beautiful hill down past this very stream and it is packed with great tasting blueberries and fresh green grass! Its amazing" Kinner said with excitement in her voice. "It will take about 15 minutes to get there. Are you interested in going?" she asked looking at the young horse.

In response Song bulleted so fast ahead she looked like a blur. Her body absolutly was made for running. She could beat any horse in a race.

[sunbeam]

"Hey wait up!" Kinner whinnied to the sprinting horse. Kinners short stubby legs stretched as far as they could go. She might not be as fast as the young filly but she could keep up pretty well.

Song scented blueberries and she ran even faster, not even breathing hard. She skidded to a halt into a large stretch of blue berries.
