Quinn stopped, doing as Aastra said. He looked down and saw her small whitey-grey head. "ARGH!" He bellowed, jumping back and landing on his back. He flailed his legs around, managing to roll onto his side and stand up again. "Aastra? Are you okay?" He said, wandeirng back over to where he'd seen her head.

"yah i hert my paw thats all" Aastra thought hard then she saw it "Quinn see that vine hangging on the tree drop it down i might be able to pull myselph up" she said "i hope its long enough" she wisperd to herselph

Quinn nodded and spun around, running at the tree. His muscles bunched, making him skid in the dirt, until he leapt straight up, his claws stabbing into the trunk of the tree. He managed to scale the tree quickly, making his legs feel as if they were on fire. He pulled himself up onto a thick branch that could support his wieght and gasped in air. Alright, let's do this.. He thought, seeing the vine hanging from the branch he was on. He slid over to the vine, bit down on it, then fell from the branch. He fell right into the hole Aastra was in and released the vine, before it could break his jaw. He landed on the hard dirt floor with a thud and rolled towards Aastra, winded. "There..you go..Aastra.." He wheezed, grinning at her. He managed to stand, his ribs and lungs felt like they were going to snap or explode, either way. "Come..on. Let's get..out of here." He said, struggling to make his words sound as if he wasn't in pain.

Aastra nodded she bit the vine and slowly pulled herselph up she slip a little but managed she haulde herselph up She lowerd the vine for Quinn to climb it

Quinn climbed up the vine also. When he was finally out, he grinned at Aastra. "Dad wants to thank you for saving my life. Come on."

Aastar blushed "i didnt rely save your life well i saved it twice youve saved mine" she stoped thinking of how many times Quinn saved her "well here was the mosse 1 drowning 2 and the pit 3" Aastra licked Quinn "see your still the tuff gyu" she giggled

Quinn blinked and felt a funny flutter in his stomach when she licked him. "Ahahaha..Thank you, Aastra? But I don't want to be a tough guy. I wanna grow up with kids and stuff. But I guess when I grow up, I need to take care of them. Good practice." He rambled, moving closer to her as they walked back to camp.

Keme saw the two growning pups emerge from the forest and raised an eyebrow as he watched Quinn lick Aastra's cheek. He cleared his throat and stared at them, making Quinn grin nervously.
