I'll put the bid at a 7/10. Quick question, what tier advent would they need to add to make it fair?

Advent tier 5=6-7 '09 rares
Tier 6=6-7 '09 rares+a '09 uncommon
Tier 7=7-8 '09 rares
Roughly one of those. However your store pets could go for more since there are complete sets in there, so I personally would wait
