She laid down next to Leafkit and mewed," So you're six moons right? Meaning you should be becoming an apprentice soon. Who would you like as a mentor?" I'm sure Nightstar would only give her daughter the best mentor she can. So maybe it'll be a more experienced warrior, like Darkfoot, Shadowhop, or Sparrowtuft. I would gladly mentor young Leafkit if I could. But I have kit's to take care of. She glanced to where Maplebreeze disappeared to, then looked back at Leafkit, smiling softly.
