I have a few questions for you.
1. Is this a limitation size on the cake?
2. Are we allowed to make a layered cake?
3. Are we allowed to add figures around the cake? (Like on a big plate there is a cake in the center, and figures around it on the cake, not the cake itself.)

no size limits
you can make layer cakes if you want
you can add figures around the cake, but the figures should be made of some kind of edible food item (not plastic toys etc)

When does this contest end? I really wanna enter it but when I talked to my mother she didnt know how busy we would be, I already have all the supplys ready so I dont want of it to go to waste. I have the perfect idea! So If you could just answer my one question, that would be great
