Me too! That was the first thing I thought of when I saw these new dogs.
I'm really excited about these store pets, they look so cool. Really refreshing to have a color scheme like this <3

that movie was really dark and disturbing, I'd rather find a cuter thing to think about when I see these, if I'm honest
I keep trying to figure out if they're based off anything, but every time I think I've found an answer the jackalope throws me off

They also give me a bit of a vibe like in the original Alice in Wonderland pictures, but then there is the jackalope...I can't wait till Yağmur tells us more about these.

Once upon time, last week, I asked if we needed any pets and Tess said we didn't have store pets yet. Everyone lived happily ever after, the end.

The bunnies/jackalope don't mean anything. When I drew the first one I knew it needed something more. Added a bunny and thought I'd add a different animal on each outcome but I ended up liking the first bunny too much. Yeah, I am not a deep person.

Also I have no idea where Wyoming is. I live in Singapore XD

Btw, I've read through the whole thread. Thanks for all the nice comments! I didn't think they'd be this well received since they're duller than my other pets.

I think we've been needing some pastel/light coloured pets. No offence but the past few sets of store pets have been brilliantly bright, and large. They're beautiful, but a lot to take in. These are softly coloured and have intricate linework.

So now we know how the magic happens I think people enjoy a change from all the explosively colorful pets we have had lately, the colors on these store pets look awesome and it's really refreshing to have something different finally. <3

Haha, great story! I actually like the soft, muted effect of these pets a lot. It gives them a very mysterious, ethereal quality. I'm definitely adding them to my favorites group!
