I was thinking they might be absolute value signs.

hmm that could be. but there's no negative number in there, so it would be that value itself ? plus tubla said there was no math, and that the answer was less than 3 or 5 characters, so i'd imagine it's not the string of numbers.

I was thinking they might be absolute value signs.

I don't think they would be AV signs because that would mean these are values(not like a random ordering of numbers, but a number that counts something), and without a decimal signs they don't start with "0" cause it would be "059...."

idk just my logic, makes sense to me but it might not to everyone else
