I'm not entirely sure how to handle this. x3 I want to say "Congratulations to deimos for winning round 73! You will be unable to enter Magpiewhisker again until after the next Quarter Quell passes and you will be unable to enter in round 74," but I feel like that would be presumptuous. I'll leave it to Deimos to decide what to do when he logs back in.

figured i should say this here as well, but i dont plan to join rounds all too frequently and when it comes to one of my own cats winning, the one in second place gets the prize and has their cat entered in the quarter quell. so with that said, congrats to @ubiquitous.! i'll send you a prize in just a sec. c:
