Meg sat on her bed, and sighed. She watched as Mike read a book, slowly turning the pages. "Hey Mike? What do you think Mom's doing Right now?" she asked quietly.

Mike stiffened. "Meg, do we really have to talk about this?" Mike asked, not looking up from hid book. He heard her mutter. "Never mind, night." After a bit of shuffling, she could tell that she drifted off into slumber. Mike sighed, and continued reading.
