There haven't been banner pets for many, many years. By banner pets, they're referring to the kelp forest pets.

You got the idea right, but there are no banner pets during the summer event- in f.e. the halloween event there are banner pets, though ^^

oh Lady Akani if there is another kelp pet, let alone the princess, the end of this event is gonna be WILD

oh and ill be SHOOK

praying to lady akani there won't be another kelp pet, but they seem to release a new kelp forest pet everyday so far so we are probably hopeless

i swear if the princess is a kelp pet I will shed tears of kelp in the corner of my very secluded messy room. I have acquired so much kelp and so little pet I am kelp now.
