I should really stop counting on this "friend" when it's him that plans the day.
This is the second Saturday in a row I can't to my pokemon thing because he's bailed out on me.

Idk...We're going to Walmart later, maybe I can find some pokemon of interest than......

So I saw a Lapras on my radar today. Got off the bus to catch it... 600ish CP...

Got a Dratini around the same time, though. I'm at around 64 Dratini candy. I haven't been walking it since I'm focused on getting enough candies to evolve my Diglett. They pretty much never spawn where I live, ultra rare, so it's taking some time. I'll get there, and then I'll start walking a Mankey because I also don't have a Primeape. :S Just going through the dex.

So I went out yesterday and managed to do 2 raids.

First one was Articuno and we, predictably, failed miserably. There were only 3 of us trying.
The second raid was for a Jolteon; we got that one, but mine still wasn't very high CP.
We're hoping there's still Articuno today, if not, I might scream, tbh.

If you have a high level and high CP pokemon you can defeat it with 8 players, Lugia with 11+

Yeah, the guys are above level 30 and their pokemon have great CPs, but I'm a piddly little level 23, and I don't even have anything that breaks 2000 CP yet. xD We were hoping more people would show up, but the road was kind of blocked off because os some kind of accident at the Bojangles near by.

We need to group up, really, but not many people in our group actively play anymore; even my mom has stopped, and she was super into the game for a while.

i saw two articuno raids and a lugia raid, but i don't think anyone was playing that could help my mom and I out, at this point (the game basically being dead), I'll never get a legendary ;n;

There's a Moltres raid across the road from my house, but I'm sick and there probably won't be anyone out there anyway since my house is on the outskirts of the city limits. I'm not even close to the suburbs, let alone the center.

Pokemon Go is meaningless for me now.

Oh great, try to solo a Lugia raid! Nope. Not happening.

The game is done for.

Instead of trading, breeding, PvP, we get impossible battles.

No one can solo a Lugia, Niantic.

Honestly, what were they thinking? 'Hey, lets get people back in the game by making something impossible and useless and make a flop of a event exclusively for Chicago people or rich people!'

Just like in the first trailer with many people trying to defeat Mewtu... that was the idea from the very beginning. *lol*
