Will she see him? Part 1

Bob is the boy above, he loves Becky. Becky lives close to Bob. Only 1 house is between them, the bullies. Bob must hold up this sign so Becky can see it, but the bully can't. Will Bob be seen by the bully or will Becky love him. PLEASE AWNSER!
