i do agree with you. why would the guard be staying up all night? you'd think he'd want some rest before having to work hard the next day.

Musicians would take away her business if they were both in the courtyard together. She seems fascinated by the pearls, so perhaps she would stop at nothing to get them... Even if that means sabotaging the jamboree musicians so she's the center of attention, and therefore getting more of her precious pearls.

I have a theory again:
Remember when the dragon was angry when we first came in and he first mistook us as the person who was bothering him? Maybe that person was Shelly, who kept on pestering him for wood.

Also when he did his first alibi he said it's me of course I didn't do it and didn't give anything to prove that he didn't.

I, personally, don't believe that alibi. If I was any good at texting, I could send one even if I was in the middle of robbing a bank. I think that Cuttler might have been involved in it.
