why cuttler is the one who sabotaged the instruments
i have nothing better to do than make conspiracy theories about pixel pets, so here goes:

1. tentacle prints: it's pretty obvious why this is here
2. nobody would expect it: of course cs has to make this whole thing interesting, why not have the investigator be the criminal?
3. questionable choice: up to this point, it was never mentioned that cuttler was anything more than a guard. how come all the sudden he wants to look into this case? because he did it, leading to my next point,
4. simple coverup: it'd be easy to cover up who did this crime, after all there are many other suspects who could be just as guilty with the right evidence. simply cherry pick everything proving that someone else did it, and nobody will ever doubt a thing. after all, who would think the person trying to solve this all would be guilty?
5. wood and rope: cuttler has wanted these items ever since day two, some good smacks with wood or perhaps a wood-on-chain with the rope would do some serious damage to the instruments. i know from personal experience even a simple drop could break the bridge of a violin/viola in two.
6. free items: this vandal has been trying to earn our trust with free gifts.
7. his trident: this thing could easily break an instrument. it appears to be rather sharp, it could of punctured even the metal of a french horn or destroyed a wooden instrument.
8. flash of red?: this person is anonymous, for all we know cuttler may be trying to frame squiddy or the chef. if you have no idea who submitted it, take it with a grain of salt.

Okay I don't know anything about this whole "Instrument Conspiracy" things but...
What if the dragon is being framed? I mean it kinda makes sense. It gives a solid motive seeing that people don't seem to like him. Idk, just a thought!

it could have been someone else trying to frame them though
