this is a stupid rant dont read it

i joined some people who were playing return of the phantoms and they wanted to free the bunnies in an order, so i told them that order doesn't matter. while we were freeing the bunnies i ignored the order, and we got store bought items. a certain user in the group got upset and said that we got bad prizes because i messed up the order. i told them that order doesn't matter and they said "bro lol get educated it does matter from my experience but not urs".

i said "order doesn't matter, ive never done this order before and ive still gotten rare prizes. the prizes are completely random and doing an order can't change them". they kept blaming me for "getting them bad prizes". we argued for a while and then she said "fine im not going to waste my time arguing with a child" and left. another user in the group saw the whole thing, and they made the angry emote and blocked and reported me.

i probably shouldve just followed the order or left after they got mad at me, i feel so stupid for arguing with them

Honestly, You have every right to rant about this. They were very immature about the ordeal. There is no order and they just need to realize that. "My experience matters not urs" Made me mad though. A darn rare prize is not worth someone else's feelings.

i feel as if animal jam is a game where people should be free to be able to do as they like and have the freedom to make them feel happy and safe while doing it. as long as it's not against the rules, of course.

i, even though i am above the age group animal jam is intended for, still enjoy roleplaying in the pillowroom. i like to be a little pup, and i like to make people happy.

i feel (and know) that many other jammers who roleplay in the pillow room (though not all) feel pressured and inseucre about doing it. because a lot of animal jam has turned to trading, and being cool, and being the "chill arctic wolf who has the headdresses and spikes and is best friends with a boy arctic wolf and then they twin and act cool together and then pretend they're just friends" type of thing. (not saying that you can't be best friends with a guy and not be in a romantic relationship, but you get my drift.

and then the people with the rares pretend that they're higher than the ones who like roleplay in the pillow room or sarepia forest. that doesn't make anybody a "noob". it doesn't make anybody more mature.

some people just enjoy doing different things, and that's okay. that's why we have different things to do in animal jam.

the problem is the people who think being different is a problem or is immature and uncool. that is what makes the game unfun.

do your thing. if you like to play arcade games instead of trade and dance with your animal jam boyfriend or sit on the bridge in jamaa township silently and judge everybody else, that's awesome. be a pokemon. jump around as a penguin. i am not saying you have to do those things. if you enjoy trading, again, that's great. but don't do it because everybody else is doing it. trust me, if people are pressuring you to not play how you want to, then they're losers. if you're a teen playing the game, who cares? the age limit is 100, so play as long as you want. be free to play as you want. (as long as it follows the rules, of course)

that's what the game is trying to teach us.

i'm honestly in all agreement here. a lot of people (you know those cool aj instagrams and stuff) well uh, a lot of them are just showing off with their friends with their cool main arctic wolf look with the epic style: Black long, beta tail, and a headdress. Obviously, i can understand, yes, people want to do that.. then do your own thing! a lot of people just like to act rare and as of late, i've been seeing some jammers beg for rares... animal jam is to have fun and be with your friends! that's why there's a buddy list and you can "play wild!"
