What are party hats worth these days?? I got offered a black long and some wreath necklaces for my green one so I accepted it, and today I got a request with about 8 or 9 orange, yellow, and green long collars for my yellow or blue one, but I declined. I'm really confused, I thought they were worth like 1 bad long??

from what i've heard, the worst color (which is orange) is worth a black long. So i'm assuming that a green one would be worth a black long and maybe a bad long? I'm not sure.
Here's how it goes (please forget about the stuff above)
Green party hat - Black long
Orange party hat - Black long or 5 good shorts
Yellow party hat - Black long and a bad short
Pink party hat - black long and a good short
Blue party hat - Black long and a good short set
Purple party hat - Black long and a bad long
Red party hat - Black long and a good long
Silver party hat - 2 black longs
Hope this helps, and for orange it really depends on how picky the person is.

blue party hat- 1 black long and a good long and sometimes add a bad long
