How do you get the kelp deer? I can only find them thru trades ;-;

the kelp forest has a chance of giving the deer out randomly

and also, is it always this stressful to get all the pets and items before the rollover? Idk, every single summer I quit playing CS and then when summer is over I get back into it, so this is my first time.

Same. I'm guessing it is though since it's stressful during Easter and Halloween
