How long do events usually last? And when is the rollover usually happen?

Events usually last 10 days, from which I heard.
The rollover is different depending on the timezone, you really just have to experiment. I found mine is 7:00-8:00. However, there are online websites that show what time it is in all the timezones, and you can use that with the knowledge Cs updates at 12:00 in their timezone (I'm not exactly sure what timezone Cs is in, I never checked).
