In the long run it will be unfair to them since that pet will at most turn out to be an '17 rare. 25 C$ is worth a mid-early '10 rare.

At the moment, we do not, but there should be a banner counter link out soonish. Usually there is a link that users use later on. Right now, no one has hit the banner limit ^.^

Summer Events don't usually have a banner counter (at least not so far), so you will likely need to keep track of the number yourself.
