✮ paislee tristarxxxxfemale → eighteen → tagged; openpais pressed her back against the red brick of an old rundown factory. her cigarette dangled loosely from her fingers and she exhaled, staring blankly at her torn-up converse knockoffs. the abandoned building she rested on had been her home for a couple of weeks now. surprisingly, it was better than most of the places she ended up sleeping. she finished off the cig, dropping it into a cup of rainwater she kept for that very purpose. she may be homeless, but paislee was no savage. no use it dirtying a city so full of corruption and dirty people. pulling the straps of the ratty napsack over her shoulders she set off in search of her next quick dollar.

Jacoby Haas
Jacoby moved rather quickly down the street, feeling rather panicked as he wasn't sure where he was. He was pretty sure he took the wrong train. He couldn't remember if he was supposed to go to Brooklyn or The Bronx. He gripped the straps to his bag tightly, anxiously. He picked up his pace, still unsure of where he was supposed to be going at this point.
(ugh.... Did anyone hear about Chester Bennington? I'm extremely distraught over what happened...)

Bennie raised an eyebrow at Amelia, a little surprised by the young woman's request. He pursed his lips, searching her face and then giggle a little embarrassingly. He scratched behind his ear, speaking, "I uh... actually don't work here. I do work at the old 80's bar in Newark, however," he started, nudging a barista next to him to make the hot chocolate. The worker gave him an irritated look before grabbing a cup, marking down the order on it. "I'm a trombone player. I play little gigs at shops like this across the New York Metropolis. The name's Bennie," he said, slipping a small business card out of his pocket to hand it to Amelia. "I have a gig here soon, actually. My stuff is in the back." He explained, stepping out of the barista's way as she handed Amelia her mint hot chocolate. Bennie then pulled his credit card out from his pocket, holding it out near the barista to take. Bennie leaned over the counter, making himself an obstacle in the way.
Oh.. sorry...
I might come to your gig though! Not sure .. Mom might want me to photograph some people for her magazine,
( I don't get the credit car thing btw

(A credit card is a little plastic card that you use for banking, similar to a debit card. Where as with a debit card, a debit card payment takes the money directly out of your band account and into where ever you are buying from. A credit card doesn't directly take the money out of your account but rather it places it on hold for you to pay later. )

✮ paislee tristarxxxxfemale → eighteen → tagged; openafter slinking around through the allies of the bronx, paislee resurfaced into the main part of the city. she scoped out the scene, judging who and who not to scam on this lovely evening. she approached a older couple who she assumed to be married. "e-excuse me?" pais stuttered, wielding puppy-dog eyes. "i seem to have lost my sister, i think she took one of the trains and she has all of our money." she popped in a dramatic pause as a tear trickled down her cheek. "my parents are going to freak out if i'm not home soon, can you please help me?" the couple exchanged sad looks as the wife dug out 25 dollars and placed it into paislee's hand. she expressed her false gratitude and continued on her way, chuckling to herself about her clever wits.

Jacoby Haas
Frustrated, Jacoby let out a groan and sat down on an old, battered bench. He ran his fingers through his hair, breaking up very small clumps that were stuck together from his hair paste. He pulled his cellphone out of his back pocket, beginning to make an attempt to get a hold of Bennie. He clenched his teeth together tightly, rubbing the bridge of his nose. He had no idea what to do. Giving up on his cell, he glanced around, eyeing each person he saw, hoping to spot someone who might be willing to help him,

'' Thanks mom!'' Amelia said as she sprinted into her room to decide what to wear. She picked up her frayed denim shorts , white t shirt and a e=denim jacket and put them on. '' Perfect ,''
Amelia quickly got a taxi and arrived at the cafe .
