They're from the boutique trade-in.

This is my first event. Can someone explain what a token is?

During events, banners will appear at the bottom of random pages. When you click the banners, you get an item. These items are called event tokens. Tokens can be traded to the NPCs in the various areas of the map to get pets and items.
