Opalstar looked up as soon as she herd the sadness in Jayfeather's voice she knew something was up "yea. C'mon sweetie" he cooed "what's wrong?"

Hawktalon ran after Thistlepelt "well you sure don't show it in the the way you treat her!" he spat

Rainstep looked at Jayfeather, and watched. Right now he didnt want to talk with anyone..Foxpaws voice still ringing through his head What happened to your leg? and Rainstep closed his eyes and then felt like he was about to cry

Jayfeather looked up at Opalstar with tears in her eye's and said "You know Thistlepelt? He's turned into a fine warrior and so has Hawktalon." she turned towards the mouth of the cave and said "Well Hawktalon was showing me around the forest when we came to a secret place only Hawktalon and I knew about it till now..." her voice trailed off

Opalstar sighed "so they are competing for your attention?" she meowed "And i am guessing they despise each other?" she meowed

Dovepaw limped quickly into the mouth of the den "umm Rainstep? my brother but a bunch of bugs in your nest....." she meowed softly

Rainstep didnt hear Dovepaw and then glaced to her "what? your brother? bring him here"

Foxpaw nodded and closed her eyes, slidding off his back into the water. She tried to pretend she was stalking a mouse and began to sink. "Gah! Help!" she wailed as her paws were flailing in the water.

"I didn't know it would be that way I should have never come, maybe I should go back to where I came from"Jayfeather replied

Thistlepelt whipped around and asked accusingly "Are you challenging me?"

"he uh.....went to the river with Foxpaw.." she meowed "...sorry" she said nervously

Cometpaw swam over gracefully and pulled her back up by her scruff he purred "i am no stalking expert but i am pretty sure a lopsided badger could do better" he teased

Hawktalon glared at him "yea that right!" he hissed "If you do like her" he lowered his voice "if you had a heart" then meowed normally again "Then you would show feeling! not bossing her around constantly!" he hissed

Rainstep nodded "I wil lget him" and he limped out of the camp and then looked around, he quickly snifted aorund then got Cometpaws scent, soon spotting him and he hissed

"No! That's not fair, you can't crouch down in water! All you do is sink!" she mewed stubbornly, not acepting that she messed up badly.
