Dralysea tilted her head slightly, noticing the change in his pupils, noting it as another incredibly expressive, if not somewhat more subtle, aspect of his appearance. "Maybe not, but your reactions are starting to paint quite a picture for me." As she spoke she continued to watch him, her lips curled upward almost unaware of herself. "Why, if I didn't know better I'd accuse of you of making a show of it to keep me from stopping." Her sentence was punctuated by a soft laugh. "Ah, but I suppose that would be even more embarrassing wouldn't it?"

Ruty's pupils briefly went back to slits out of embarrassment, but they slowly went back to the circular shape they had before. "Ah- shush." he grumbled, his cheeks turning red again. "Maybe threatening would work better?" He giggled. "If, um...you stop I guess I'll just have to go away and sleep in my room. Then who would you talk to, huh?" He smirked playfully, his tail beginning to wag again.

He looked at her "what's wrong?" He scooted towards her. He scooted next to her and wrapped a wing around the back of her.

She smiled a little bit "my name is Haley. Nice to meet you Finn!" She sounded a bit happier.

Serene bit her lip with a frown. She then looked at Ryan and spoke softly. "Something's not right.... I'm not sure what it is but something just feels..... wrong...." her voice trailed off as she heard a soft growl from outside causing her to freeze. Hearing the knock she bit her lip. She hadn't told Ryan about her past yet so if this was who she thought it was she was anxious. She then smiled softly at Ryan. "I'm sure it's nothing though.... should we go answer that?"

Alex sat by her bed as she slept. He was overprotective of Kipley due to her being his baby sister. He stayed by her side while she slept, comforting her each time she had a nightmare.

They stopped outside the cabin the wolf had led them to and shooed him before glaring at the door and clenching their jaws. They then covered their anger with a panicked look and knocked on the door.

Dralysea couldn't help but giggle again, amused at how easily flustered Ruty was. Some dangerous assassin indeed, blushing with his head in her lap and tail wagging. "That would be a shame. Left on my own I might need to actually stand up and try to walk, we can't have that." She was teasing, but the thought did send a warning ache through her legs. A warning not to push herself too far until she had regained enough strength. She ignored it, her hand dipping just low enough to scratch between Ruty's shoulder blades for a moment before working her way back up. "Guess I'll just have to try to keep you out here somehow."

He nodded "we get those feelings sometimes, it's natural" he was already standing when they knocked. "I want you to stay here until I know who it is." He spoke firmly, he walked to the front door and answered it, he smiled and waved to the couple on his front step "hello, may I help you?" Honestly he had gotten more visitors now that serene was apart of his life.

She smiled "so, do you live around here?"
