Can anyone give me a range of what the prices for pre-purchase vet exams are?

I paid $130 US. I just did a basic check and some basic blood work. I couldn't really give you an accurate range as prices vary depending on the vet, location, the horse, and the tests done. Basic exams are usually fairly cheap, ranging from $120-$200 US in my experience. Of course, if you want more things like x-rays, drug tests, ultrasounds, etc it can get pretty expensive. I hear some people payed $2000 on their pre vet exam because they wanted to run almost every test in the book lol.

No, Scarlit has the authority as well to accept forms seeing as Laurara isn't always online.

It's alright.
Laurara is indeed the owner of the rp, but she made me moderator, announced here on page 267, with that honor comes a few abilities such as helping settle little disagreements and accepting new horses into the rp.
As well, Laurara is going to be gone for a while and I've been put in charge until she returns.
