So this is Desmond. Based heavily off of the Tron fandom and Hacksaw Ridge.
He's a medic who can have a bit of an attitude sometimes but he's a pure soul and wouldn't hurt a fly.
He doesn't believe in weapons so while most programs have an identity disc where all their information is stored, his is stored on a wingchute that's permanently fused to his body. He can't really fly with them but he can glide.
His circuits can change color or be turned off (possibly change colors due to his mood?). The circuitry also controls the color of his wings and eyes but the bracelet he wears always stays a neon blue.
The other thing on his arm is a nasty scar he got from the ISO war but he doesn't talk about it unless he's asked.]]
