Bogernose cooks his food before putting his fire out.
Maggotleg is unable to start a fire and sleeps without warmth.
Squirrelbrains thinks about winning.
Spitear and Pussnose hold hands.
Fartnose looks at the night sky.
Corpseheart and Muckypath tell stories about themselves to each other.
Moldypaw lets Deathbreath into his shelter.
Pumpkinguts cries herself to sleep.
Slugears, Rottingpaw, Drippingsnot, and Trashpaw sleep in shifts.
Stickyfoot severely injures Mousebreath and leaves her to die.
Barfpaw repeatedly stabs Stinkpaw to death with sais.
Vomitstar strangles Pukestench with a rope.

Bogernose receives medical supplies from an unknown sponsor.
Slugears, Pussnose, and Squirrelbrains get into a fight. Pussnose triumphantly kills them both.
Barfpaw questions his sanity.
Muckypath collects fruit from a tree.
Vomitstar makes a wooden spear.
Maggotleg begs for Drippingsnot to kill him. She refuses, keeping Maggotleg alive.
Stickyfoot tries to spear fish with a trident.
Fartnose sprains his ankle while running away from Moldypaw.
Spitear travels to higher ground.
Rottingpaw hunts for other tributes.
Pumpkinguts tends to Corpseheart's wounds.
