I'd be upset if it WASN'T buyable since i'm having terrible luck with rare fish.

Leafy seem to be popular, and as such I would actually like to keep it non-buybable. having a boring fish as rare and exclusive doesn't seem very fun, now does it? I'm really leaning towards making the parrotfish buyable though, but it might be expensive. It is rather large after all.
