I cannot find any saddle pads that look like that. I am very familiar with horse tack, and having a strap there makes absolutely no sense. If anybody would be kind enough to link me to a saddle pad that puts the straps there, I will back down and feel pretty embarrassed. I'm sorry, but I'd really rather somebody who is more familiar with horse tack discuss this with me, or have somebody say it is not important.

But thats the point, its really not very important. Its a pixel blanket, on a pixel horse, on one website. I doubt very much the artist will change the blankets. You shouldn't worry about it, but if you do, no is really going to force you to use them.

Okay, thank you for clearing it up. I just thought I may as well mention it. The only reason I was dissatisfied by Kamaliah's post was that it asserted that I was wrong, and that is quite rude coming from somebody who appears to have very little horse experience. Thank you for responding, I'll go mind my own business now.

I find it rude that you assume I have very little horse experience when I have said nothing to lead you to that assumption. :] In fact, I grew up riding and have spent more than my fair share of time in stables caring for horses and their tack. It is true that I'm used to the same kind of tack you are, but Yulynh is French (if memory serves) and I know little of French customs when it comes to horse tack. As I'm sure you're aware, not everything is done in the same way in every place. I was simply informing you that jumping to the assumption that the way she drew it was wrong wasn't really the way to go about it and was only suggesting that you consider that things may not be done in the same way with the same tack where she is from.
I never said you where wrong, I simply offered another way of looking at it. :]
Though Chry is right, it matters very little what the specifics of the item look like seeing as it's such a small detail, on a small item, in a small site. ^^
