Chess nodded and smiled a little, "Yeah, when I settle back in my safety zone." he said softly as he looked at Raven and relaxed, "Can we go to our room?" he asked with a little more of a smile, "And settle in and cuddle?" he asked.

"Oh cuddles." Raven spoke playfully giving him a kiss. "You barely ever ask for those. I need to drag them from you." He teased. He bid goodbye to Natalia and told her he would visit soon before he hurried off with Chess. When they got to their room he laid down upon the bed with Chess, cuddling him.

Garrison was setting up Natalia's tower with magic candles which would stay lit but would not light anything else on fire. He waited patiently on the couch for her return. He would propose when she got back.

Chess smiled at him and relaxed as he followed, he snuggled with Raven, so glad to be back home. When they had been away he'd been more distant, not wanting much contact, and even flinching if Raven touched him by surprise. But now that he was home, he was much happier and more relaxed.

Natalia relaxed, she watched her brother and his lover go before she headed to the tower, humming softly as she did so.

Raven was content now that Chess seemed to be back to normal. He played with Chess's shirt as they laid there in bed, cuddling.

Garrison continued to wait. He then got an idea. He got down near the door, on one knee. He had the ring box open and in his hand. He grinned as the door opened and Natalia saw him. "Marry me?" He asked.

Chess happily snuggled close to him, "Thank you for saying we could come back." he said as he nuzzled Raven's hair.

Natalia blinked in surprise, she looked around, before back at him once more, and the ring. She studied Garrison's face, "Is this what you want?" she asked softly as she knelt down infront of him so that they were eye to eye. She wanted to marry him, she truly did, but she wanted to make sure he wanted this too. She didn't need a wedding or anything, she just needed him, and she was happy with that.

Raven smiled. "The castle needed us and we needed the castle again." He murmured as he kissed his chin.

Garrison smiled. "Yes, I am sure I want to marry you. It doesn't need to be a big wedding or any wedding at all if you want. We can just go and sign the papers in front of a priest and a couple of witnesses if you want." He asked her. "But the question is, do you want to marry me?"

Chess snuggled close and yawned happily, he hadn't been sleeping well either, but he was so glad he had Raven.

Natalia chuckled, "Of course I do Garrison, I never want to lose you." she said happily as she looked at him, "So I am very excited that you want to marry me."

Raven smiled. "Time to sleep." He spoke as he nuzzled his head beneath his chin and fell asleep.

Garrison smiled and stood, placing the ring upon her finger and kissing her now.

Chess happily relaxed and fell asleep cuddled with Raven.

Natalia smiled and kissed him deeply, so happy she had him, he really was the most amazing lover.

Garrison pulled away as her birds begin to caw anxiously wanting to work. "I think some birdies are jealous." He teased.
