So this is my first player made adopt and I was wondering if someone does get the pet where does it go? Is there like a special place where you can see them?

Generally, there will be an archive for all of the pets that have been adopted and who owns them. When e date for a litter is up, there'll be a code drop (generally), and the owner can use the code provided to display the image in their posts and/or signature.
