Yes, your pets won't grow until they reach the exact time you adopted them. None of your pets have hit day 6 yet so you must have adopted late.

I adopted right at rollover, but didn't get either. Weird.

And now I'm paranoid that I shouldn't trade away newborns because IT MIGHT BE THE RARE ONE. T.T Gotta wait until some doubles arrive.
