his face in an uncontrollable mass,
and his deep blue eyes are flecked
with green. With a chisled jaw, and
equally toned body, he could easily
be considered handsome, though he
does come off as a bit rugged. Standing
at 5'10" and weighing 160 pounds, he's pretty
average, with a lithe, and lightly muscled
body, and long legs that aid his quick walking
pace.

Raphael is a man borne to the sea, always
swimming in her waters or riding in a boat
since a ridiculously young age. His love for
the water and all of her secrets could almost
be called academic, but Raphael holds a
soft heart, and instead of leaving his village
to discover all that the world had to offer,
he stayed home as a fisherman. Overall, the
man serves his village well, with his love for
sailing driving him to fish at almost all hours
of the day. If you're looking for him, check his
boat before his house, as he's far more likely
to sleep under the open sky, with the rocking
waves beneath him. This is also partially due
to his dedication to his village, as Raphael wants
nothing more than to feed and help those in
need. As far as mermaids go, he's quite fascinated
by them, always spotting them in glimpses.
Despite the stories he's heard about them being
bloodthirsty demons, he can't help but be curious
about them. If a mermaid does approach him,
he's more likely to want to talk to her than
harm her. There is so much about the world
that he wants to know, he wouldn't resist to
get a taste of something otherworldly, even
if it might cost him his life. He keeps that to
himself though, never telling the other villagers.

diamantina eulálio, otherwise called diamond or tina by her close friends, is a mermaid who belongs
to the tribe of the storm. diamond got her name due to her pale silver eyes that glisten and glimmer
like large diamonds, while she's just below the surface of the ocean, personally, it's her favorite trait
about herself. although tina does admit that she likes her wavy light brown hair, it frequently makes
her self-conscious. the thinness and frizz make her envious of the other mermaids' thick and smooth
hairs. when meeting someone she is usually first drawn to their hair, it's, to her, the best feature on
a mermaid, or human, body. upon her round face, she has cupid shaped lips that are usually a dusty
pink color, a button nose, and upturned silver eyes with attractive thick brows. across her forehead
and cheeks are a sea of brown freckles she got from years of being under the sun and playing below
the sky. these same freckles can be seen spread out on her shoulders and the top of her back. past
her belly button, there are small patches of amber and marigold scales that begin to form a tail that
ranges in multiple orange colors, some yellows, and black; in general her tail gives off a sunset vibe.

diamantina has the mindset of a young girl filled with curiosity and wonder at the world around her.
she isn't a fan of adventures, mostly ones that draw her away from home and into the hands of danger
due to her shy and timid nature, but she does like exploring and studying things. her strong desire to
learn something new can be seen in the different objects she hoards and carries with her in the old
tapestry she found a long time ago before the tribe came to the isles of eira. each small object is a
token she took from the tribe's previous homes, her favorite object being a large piece of sea glass
she made into a necklace, the color isn't the usual blue she finds but rather a deep amber that looks
similar to her scales. usually when first meeting someone diamatina is timid and will take awhile to
warm up to someone, once her shyness fades away a sweet and kind-hearted girl is revealed. she is
not a fan of fighting, preferring to flee when things take a sinister turn, although it is a big fault of
hers, she doesn't see it as a weakness rather a strength. not everyone can toss their pride away and
run to safety. rather than putting herself into that situation she tries to avoid confronting anything
that she deems us unstable, yet sometimes her curiosity places her into danger without her even
noticing. the usual diamond in a quiet and awkward mermaid who sticks to the edge of the group
and listens in, rarely does she put in her own opinion or thoughts. the hardly seen side of tina is an
incredibly talkative girl who enjoys talking about her discoveries, theories, and observations she
has gathered over the years.

mikkel randolf is a fisher from the bjorn clan who prides himself in knowing the ways of the sea. he can
be considered a little peculiar due to his upbringing. to get a better understanding of mikkel you would
need to know the meaning of his name which is "gift from god". mikkel's mother was constantly getting
sick, her body was too weak, she was allergic to almost everything, and she was often stuck in bed. due
to this, the healer of her time told her she would be unable to produce any children without risking her
life; she laughed in their face. it took awhile but in the end, she got what she wanted, a baby boy with
thick chestnut hair and honey brown eyes was born. he was her gift from god, she protected him like a
wolf would protect its pups. due to her overbearing nature he was never really allowed to play with the
other children, instead, she kept him close to her, never letting him out of her sight. mikkel looks a lot
like his mother, having her heart-shaped face, almond brown eyes, and a roman nose. besides these few
features, mikkel looks exactly like his father. with his chestnut hair and thin lips. he gets his 6'1 height
from his father and rough build from him too. mikkel's mother is the one who does his hair, or at least in
the past she did, during the storm, mikkel's mother was too weak to deal was the stress and passed away
before they could make it back home. in the past, he would sit in front of her as she teased his thick hair
and put beads into it, she loved his hair and always told him so, it was just like his father's. because she
was so fond of it, mikkel never cuts it, causing it to reach down to his mid-back when it isn't teased and
held up.

mikkel had a very dull childhood, he was constantly in the presence of his sick mother so he was not able
to be loud nor run around. rather than fooling around, mikkel occupied himself with learning about all of
the islands, in a way he became one with nature. due to the seclusion he faced as a child, mikkel doesn't
have a strong connection to the clan, but he does try, his father always told him that those in the clan are
his family too. the only issue is that he is too awkward, constantly speaking his mind even if what he says
doesn't make sense. nine years ago when he was fourteen mikkel's father forced him to find his place in
the bjorn clan, so he picked the job he knew best about; fishing. at first, mikkel was extremely awkward
and shy, never really talking and secluding himself from the others. what he really wanted was to just be
with his mother like the old days. his father would hear any more of that, so for awhile, he was forbidden
to see his mother until he started to become one with his clan. it took a long year but mikkel was finally
making an attempt to talk to the rest and due to this he was finally able to see his mother again. he was
definitely a mama's boy, yet surprisingly when she passed away he didn't grieve, his mother taught him to
never weep for someone's death, everyone dies someday and becomes something else. due to this, mikkel
doesn't mind death much, so unlike everyone else, he doesn't mind the mermaids much. yet due to being
a part of the clan, mikkel is willing to do anything for the bjorn clan.

I'm not going to lie, I got really lazy while writing mikkel's personality,
I might've repeated a few things. either way, his forum is done, I look
forward to roleplaying with you all.
