what's your dream cat you wish you had in your clan?

I love brown and white cats. My favorite would be snowshoes though or Himalayan. Some of my favorite colors though are chocolates (calico, tortie) or tortoiseshell points.

Also did you know that kittens in the same litter can have a different father?

quick question for anyone who knows, and i realize i already posted my post that my question revolves around but i'll change it if need be. so it's been a long time since i read the books and i can't remember, but can the medicine cats go hunting for prey? i realize that's not their job and all, more so that they wouldn't be very good at it, but i only have two cats and i need one to get food and the other to find more cats. i mean it's probably fine, it can just be like a fickleclan thing where medicine cats can go hunting and on border patrol if they please but their main duty is healing, anyways, sorry for being bothersome.

@atticus: Medicine cats can indeed go hunting! In the early days of Forestclan, Crowcloud and Honeystar would often hunt together until they got some more cats, at which point he transitioned entirely to focusing on healing and later training Dustpaw.

@amethyst, you know with that single random fact you just answered one of the many problems I was having in Soulclan. I have three cats that I wanted to get together because I couldn't force the molly to choose between her two best friends who she loves so much so I was going to have them be one bing happy tri-family. But I couldn't decide who should be the father! Gah! I hope Kat allows this because those three need happiness~

@atticus, you can send you medicine cat out hunting. In fact, some clan's have made it a requirement to teach the med. cat apprentice to hunt. Though, for your clans first three posts, you cats do not consume the food they catch as to allow you to build up the fresh kill pile so your cats don't starve
