Erin could feel the weight of the Fate's words as they fell upon them, each like a boulder that seemed to pin you in place like a deer in headlights. she moved closer to Ian and wrapped her arms around his midsection, and pressed her cheek against his chest; she could feel her hair begin to stand on end from the static. "One of you will fall into the river Lethe, one will die, and one will lose all they hold dear." Everyone how had left on the quest knew from the begining that one of them wouldn't return to Camp again, "Three will fall for the Empousa's glare. And one will face her Father in jail." she looked at Val and Aria; all the girls on this quest had godly fathers so no help there. She felt a sense of hopelesness dawn over her Empousa she closed her eyes in despair at the thought how I am I sopposed to face that, I've never even killed a monster she thought the courage that had moved her to hide her greatest fault leaving her.

Adrian crossed his arms. He chuckled, "Wow okay, so an Empousa will suck the blood and eat the flesh of whoever gets seduced by her and falls asleep. Nice, very nice... Well I can tell you, I won't be falling asleep anytime soon. As for falling in the river, not going to happen, I can fly. I won't lose anything because I don't care about anything, and if I die; meh. And as for the last part I'm a guy, so that means either Valeriana, Erin, or Aria will be seeing their dad in jail." He said, trying to eliminate the choices that might befall upon him. "So I'm most likely to get eaten or die. Yeah... I can live with that... or not." He shrugged his shoulders. "And as for you guys... I'll just say you should get your affairs in order." He grinned darkly.


Seth looked down at Val, he wrapped his arms around her and hugged her back. "We'll get through this okay? I can promise you that." He whispered to her.

Val looked up at Seth worriedly. Then she nodded slowly and looked at Adrian. "Empousa, they seduce men, Adrian. They have no affect on girls." She raised an eyebrow. "And I'm sure you know that your dad is a god too." She looked up at Seth. "And the jail would be down here."

Azura walked with Dresyn up to the mess but she could tell long before they got there that something was up. "Somethings happened," Azura said, unsure if Dresyn would sense it or not. She reached down without thinking and grabbed his hand, pulling him behind her as she ran for the mess. As they arrived she saw everyone was looking at Sam, Azura's eyes traveled to the girl and she let out a gasp. "How.." Azura started, then collected herself and looked back at Dresyn. "How could she be a child of Atlas? How would Atlas have even found her mother? Isn't he suppose to be holding up the sky or something?"

Chloe could see that Sam was having a hard time accepting that apparently she was the child of a titan. Chloe pushed her food away and got up, pushing through the people gathered around her. The girl was hugging her legs when Chloe got there and whimpering, Chloe shook her head glad that Sam wasn't a child of Ares. Chloe walked up and grabbed Sam's face, "Stop it. There is nothing you can do about who fathered you. You aren't dead at the moment so the Gods obviously aren't going to strike you down. Yes, your father is a titan, get over it. Not everyone likes who their parents are, you'll probably never met him anyways. Its not as if he can just wander around." Chloe yelled at the girl, trying to get through the shell she was erecting around herself. Better Sam hate her than close herself off from the world because her father was a titan.
