would you do this? How hard is the purple toxic to trade off?

Personally I wouldn't do this. I know that the Raven is pending between Non and Sorbet, but I saw him going for about 2 Sorbets / a Spotted Tribal. Based on this the trade is unfair to them, but the Purple Tox is hard to trade off (compared to Green, Yellow and maybe even Blue).

:> I'd say it's a pretty good/fair trade, seeing as the Ravendog goes anywhere from a Sorbet and up to a non, and in some cases, even more. ( They have a few good demand listies on their side too. )
