After all 20 of my fave cats died, I stopped reading the new books and now all I do is reread the super editions some times.

I did name my kitten Cinderpelt though.

You should get into the books again! Have to admit, it absolutely sucks when your favourite cat dies (How dare you betray me Sandstorm+Tadpole), but there are literally new characters every book, you don't have to always like main characters! The new series' are pretty interesting, I'd say, I like the main characters, and the story was kind of predicted, but I like it. Also to go along with the previous topic, all cats live on in Starclan! (Until they are forgotten by every living cat, of course.)

What an adorable name for a cat! If I named my cat after a warrior I'd only call them by their prefix, as it's shorter and makes more sense, I'd probably call your cat by Cinder (wouldn't be surprised if she didn't respond). Both my cats were adopted before I got into Warriors, and after I finished the second series I looked at my cats and they looked exactly like Firestar and SpottedLeaf( seriously, it's not even funny how much they are both pretty much the same).

when i was younger i always was gonna get a ginger tabby. nothing else. i loved firestar (and still do).
but here i am with my little brown tabby cat child
her warrior name is wrenflight but i always call her neptune/pooky

@inuyasha: I haven't read the series in a while either! Granted, that's because I feel like the writing isn't all that great... However, the idea is amazing and it's just incredible looking at everyone's fanfictions, headcanons, and attempts to fix the less-consistent parts of the world.

I'd like to ask everyone a couple of questions! If you feel that you're being rambly...good! Stories are great. c: I'll answer them too.

Why did you choose your warrior name? What does it mean?
Some of you might know already that I'm a semi-strict traditionalist, which means that the prefix is for pelt color/pattern and the suffix is for a notable and positive skill or personality trait (with a few "neutral" suffixes for those who are well-rounded and can't fit into any other suffix). Therefore, Honeystorm should be self-explanatory! My hair color is a warm honey/golden-brown with "stripes" (I spend too much time in the sun) so therefore as a cat, I'd be a golden-brown tabby on the darker side. The suffix -storm is usually used to represent someone with an "unpredictable and dynamic nature". I think I have that covered quite well... However I'm probably on the lower side of the spectrum with a tendency towards being "calm".

What would you like to change about the Warriors series? Why?
There are way too many blogs dedicated to this. I'll link to two: Warriors Redux (lots of swearing warning) and Lake Tahoe Clans. The first is what I'd love to do if I had the time and interest and the second is what I'm already doing. The first makes everything way more consistent and sensible while my version takes place in Lake Tahoe and creates a totally new culture based on advice from others and original ideas + ideas from other people.

My little kitten actually does respond to Cinder, actually. She's grey with darker grey stripes. And if you have 20 favorites and they all die (except for one), then it is a little too much. I also don't like any of the new characters yet. Bramblestar and Cinderheart just really bother me. I'll only ever read warriors again once Stormcloud dies. is he dead yet...?!

when i was younger i had a cat named jaypaw because my older sister loved
the series a lot ( she introduced me to it ) but the thing was... jaypaw was a
female cat and she was black with white markings... how very accurate... :')

also i need to read the new series soon because it sounds interesting as usual
