You get 1 in Joxar's Box, you can brew them @ level 16 (takes 4 days) or you can buy them off other players.
But you only get 1, unless you brew.

I got some new Wildclaws! I've only ever had one for the longest time, so now I'm happy to finally increase that number <3

First is this pretty lady I got off the AH! She was only 7k which makes my wallet happy XD She's going to be a perfect partner for one of my favorite Coatls <3

And then there's this guy I bought from FlyingWithThePhoenix to go with my gen 1 mirror bab. The chances of him passing on any of his genes are slim, but they're going to have a lovely range of yellows so I don't mind that too much ^.^
