Emberfoot blinked open her eyes to find herself awoken inside of the warrior's den. Sunlight shone through the den, implying that the sun was well up in the morning sky by this point. The she-cat sat up in her feather-lined nest, glancing down at her ruffled calico pelt and deciding to groom it before stepping out into the clearing for all eyes to see. Once properly groomed, she rose to her paws and gave a little arch of her back to start her off. She then stepped paw into the clearing, sweeping her gaze across the camp in search of a patrol that she could join along on. I could go with a good stretch of my legs to start off my morning, maybe going on a little hunt or a border patrol wouldn't do any harm. she thought to herself as she continued to search the camp for anyone in need of another companion for patrol. Naturally, she assumed the deputy would be organizing patrols by this point, so she decided to try to find them among the crowd of BrokenClan, only to have no luck in doing so.

"Littlepaw is doing great, he is getting along well with learning all the herbs and what they do, I am very impressed with his skills," she said, smiling.

"I don't actually think he does, unfortunately, I do encourage him to talk to other cats his age, he does talk to some cats, but not all that often. I do see him talking to Applepaw more than anyone though, which is nice," she said, talking about making friends made her think about when she was an apprentice, she had always isolated herself from other cats, because she didn't want to get attached to anyone, knowing she couldn't have a mate.

She blused slightly with embarrassment, "Yeah, I guesshould you're right, I was always concentrating more on my job than having friends even back then, oh well, I love my job, caring for cats is what I like to do," she said, though she didn't completely believe herself, in the back of her mind she wished she could have a mate and kits, but who would ever love her.

He was sat in the apprentice den, watching the other cats go by, he noticed Bumblepaw and Nightpaw next to each other, he wished he could get Bumblepaw alone, he had a major crush on her, not like she would notice him though, but he decided to give it a shot, he padded over to the two siblings, "H-Hi Bumblepaw, how are you today?" he asked, in the loudest voice he could manage, which was still rather quiet.

Cleasky stretched and padded out of the warrior's den. She looked around at the other cats starting to go about their business before sitting down near the entrance to camp and neatly tucking her flowy tail around her paws. She sat there for a while, letting her mind wake up from sleep.
