i've played three rounds of MIR, am I aloud to join when the new rules apply?

Yes. If you've played before and haven't played more than 5 rounds, you can still play MiR.

yes, that is correct. it seems harsh, but MiR was created on the basis of being more advanced than MiT.

so for the round happening for what I believe to be today, someone who has not played five rounds of it but play a mir round today, they would not have to submit the form?

yes, they would not have to submit the form. as of 6:00am MST, 06/21/2017, however, any new players will have to do so.

I really love the new rules you've set in motion I.C.! I think they'll really bring the game to life! However, I do have a bit of a question? I'm probably missing something so for that I apologize, but is there a separate rule for people who've played more than 5 mir rounds but no mit rounds? I saw the bit about new players and the bit about how players who participated before the rule change still being able to play but moyashi.'s question suggested there being another rule? I hope I'm making sense- so sorry for the long question!]
