The gap between the green toxic is a blue rose and the extra pets added on your side doesn't add up to that. So it's unfair to the top.

A 2014 store pet is worth a late '09 rare, so you are overpaying a bit on your side. Though the pps dragon cat can have some demand, but it's mostly up to what the other user values it at^^.

You probably didn't get ignored. Most of the time it's just that others don't know how to answer or it's that time where everyone is posting trades and then the rest are trying to answer as many as possible, they probably just overlooked yours by accident.

Either way, a 2014 store pet is supposedly worth early '10 rare to a late '09 ish, so technically speaking, you are overpaying. However the dragon cat PPS does tend to go for overpay, up to a low-mid advent list. Although it IS capable of getting fair trades, you'll just need patience.
