Yale Dolan of Philadelphia Wounded by His Brother Clarence in Chesapeake Bay. Special to The New York Times. PHILADELPHIA, Penn.. Nov. 12. While hunting ducks along the Chesapeake Bay, near Havre de Grace Md., yesterday after-toon. Clarence Dolan, a son of Thomas Dolan, the manufacturer and railroad man, accidentally shot his brother. The Dolan brothers and a party of friends left their homes Sunday afternoon for Havre de Grace with the intention of spending several days in quest of ducks. Yale and Clarence Dolan had started out in a boat and had gone to a section of the bog that was thickly screened by tall reeds. Yale was rowing and Clarence, with gun in hand, stood ready to fire the instant a bird dove in sight. With a long stick Yale began beating the reeds on either side of the boat, and his efforts were rewarded in seeing a bird rise. He shouted to his brother, and Clarence fired immediately. Simultaneously with the firing of the gun, the boat lurched to one side and threw Yale directly in front of the weapon. There was a cry and before Clarence knew what had happened his brother fell. He was luckily removed to the hotel, and his physician would not, under any circumstances, permit him to be moved to this city to-night.
